    Good for the Guv! Probably a lot of them packed up and moved during the night.
    And legal immigrants have no need to feel fear, which shows that those afraid are illegal -- one of those little details that keeps getting lost in the semantics of the OBL. And crime victims are not innocent either: they put themselves into a situation they would be better able to handle in the home country.
