MANILA, Philippines—The United States government is mapping out mechanisms that would make it easier for victims of human trafficking and other severe crimes in their country to secure permanent residency and at the same time find work while they are awaiting decision on their visa applications.

In its recommendations dated May 22, a copy of which was obtained by INQUIRER.net, the United States Citizen and Immigration Service (USCIS) said it “recognizes that T and U nonimmigrant applicants are a vulnerable population and will continue to ensure that our policies and procedures are legally sound and reflect the humanitarian nature of, and law enforcement purposes for, the classification.â€

I can see the number of victims skyrocketing. 10,000 "applicants" in less than one month.

Yet another back door amnesty, since they have not yet been able to shove one through the front door.

Wonder what it pays to put-up a bunch of illegal aliens in a house, have them pound on each other a little, go without food for a day or two and call authorities or have them break out a window and wonder around until authorities arrive so they can tell the scripted story of human trafficking.

This is an easy scam to pull off because the "victims" are highly motivated and the "perp" is never found.
