Temp agencies are taking advantage of illegals across the country. Iridium Industries in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania is a plastic-container plant. During a raid at the plant, 81 illegal immigrants were arrested by ICE. The plant itself wasn’t charged in connection with the raid, though-because the plant blamed the Temp Agency for the illegals in their plant.

In court papers, it was stated that H&T Staffing Services, operating under that and other, similar names in Pennsylvania, fraudulently raked in nearly $2.5 million in one year. In this article at the Pocono Record from October, 2009, we find that in Pennsylvania-

People involved in the staffing company have been brought through United States Middle District Court of Pennsylvania ever since the June 2007 raid of Iridium Industries in East Stroudsburg.

During the raid at the plastic-container plant, 81 illegal immigrants were arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Iridium was not charged in connection with the raid.

But this problem is also here in Illinois.

I spoke with two mexican immigrants on Thursday who are here legally. What is practically unbelievable is how the amnesty-for-illegals lobby is talking about how racist white people don’t care about the poor mexican immigrants, which is hardly the case.

These two guys are approved for work here in the U.S. and have gone by the rules. They were laid off back in September, and lost their benefits. Here is the video I made from that interview.



This is an ongoing problem in Illinois, as this court document regarding a settlement Ron’s Temporary Agency made with a number of people who brought a class action law suit for not being paid for the time they worked – and in some instances, not being paid even the going minimum wage rate. To me, it’s amazing that illegals are going through the courts in order to complain that they’ve been mistreated…because that’s the only course of action open to them.

It’s unfortunate that when people enter into a lawsuit seeking justice…what happens is…the lawyers end up making money, and nobody really wins in the end…the company that hires the Temps’ illegals keeps hiring the Temps’ illegals, and there is a lot of money to be made off their backs.

Do the people who work for ICE in Illinois have their hands tied? Who is watching the temp agencies to insure they are hiring legal workers?

I have several lists of people with the illegals names checked – from various agencies. As these men mentioned to me, it’s very easy to change their names, and even their driver’s licenses – and social security numbers are very easy to get. The hiring processes are so relaxed that if an illegal shows up with little documentation, he can still find work.

Everyone involved in this scam -is paying a price. Politicians are compromising on principles and law; Americans are losing their jobs; illegals are being mistreated.

These stories are just the tip of the proverbial iceberg.

Of course it's unbelievable! But this is the only argument those who advocate on behalf of illegal invaders have. The actions they defend on behalf of their beloved invaders are clearly in violation of law from numerous standpoints. So the law is not on their side. 80% of Americans want our immigration laws enforced, so public sentiment is not on their side.

So basically all that's left is to decry how "racist white people are" for wanting the law enforced. Unfortunately, these malcontents have attempted to make a racial issue out of a law enforcement issue, because they are simply grasping at straws in their efforts to prevent illegals from being deported.
