NANTICOKE -- Frank Scavo wanted the 200 or so people at Sunday’s Voice of the People USA rally in Nanticoke to make their feelings known to federal legislators, so he dialed Sen. Arlen Specter’s number.
Scavo explained in the voice recording that he had a message from the people, and he faced his cell phone at the audience.

I was at this rally, Voice of the People are doing a great job. The rallies are to the point, respectful, they are getting they are reaching out and educating the people. Nanticoke is a small town and I was surprised to see 200-300 people. It shows you that at last, we are starting to wake up.
Every speaker did a great job, especially Michael Cutler and ex-border agent. What a great speech.<div>Thank you Governor Brewer!</div>
