    At a Capitol Hill press conference, Franks said the parents who brought their special needs children to Washington, D.C., had the most compelling stories to share.

    Yea, this is the way they will save money. The Gov't will not only redistribute our wealth they will also redistribute our health care to the illegals and Obama's "Special Interest" buddies.
