    Can't speak English? Sue your mortgage company.

    In Antioch it seems the answer to the real estate crunch is to claim you can't speak English and didn't know what you were signing. With full respect to any attorneys here, but most of us who DO speak English needed an interpreter to understand those papers.

    These damned illegals just don't know how to follow rules. And they don't know how to take personal responsibility for their mistakes.

    Screw up and overextend yourself on a house you can't afford? Blame it on the mortgage companies. That sounds JUST LIKE THEM.

    Did the couple say they understand??? If they nodded there head and signed thats there problem!!!! You talk to these illegals all they do is say yes and nod there head! WTF is that? Did they understand me or what? This is a joke and the judge should toss the case away!

    If I don't read the fine print on a contract I sign its considered my own fault. If you couldn't understand the English contract you should not have signed it. Too Bad!
