Toyota to sponsor La Raza conference

Toyota will serve as the title sponsor for the 2010 National Council of La Raza Annual (NCLR) Conference to be held this summer in San Antonio.

NCLR is one of the largest national Latino civil rights and advocacy organization in the United States. The group will preview its 2010 convention during a briefing on Friday, Jan. 29, at 10 a.m. at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. The theme of the conference, which runs July 10-13, is “A Legacy of Service, Advancing Community.â€

I just read an article saying that your company is sponsoring the 2010 National Council of La Raza Annual (NCLR) Conference to be held this summer in San Antonio.

Please don't! La Raza is a racist organization that supports the Illegal Alien Invasion of the USA. If you choose to do so the Toyota I now own will be the very last one I buy.

Seems Toyota is violating their own policies:

"LIMITATIONS
Toyota will not make grants to the following types of organizations:

* Those not recognized as tax-exempt by the Internal Revenue Service
* Those that practice discrimination by race, creed, color, sex, age or national origin"

LaRaza practices discrimination by race and national origin, not only in hiring but also in demanding green cards be given to 100 Mexicans and Central Americans for every Asian, African, South American, or European who receives one.

How can we make this an issue with Toyota?

I would just let them know, that we know they are violating their own policies. Great work finding that.
