I'll bet that they'll say they found it in an electronic registry they kept but a number of years ago a number of birth certificates were destroyed by flooding or some crap. He'll have it rushed to the SC on a decision and thats where we'll stand.

That's assuming the likelihood the SC never hears the case now. The democrats couldn't survive a scandal of this magnitude if it was ruled against Obama... ever. Besides him being charged criminally of treason which would be the crime every piece of legislation he signed would have to be thrown out as invalid. Biden would need to be charged as well or least forcibly removed from office. The major supporters in the democratic house would need to be brought under charges as well. The SC judges he appointed would be thrown out and every SC ruling that was desded off those 2 votes would need to be redone. If before the next election that makes the Speaker of the House with Presedential powers and able to charge leaders in the house and senate on the democrat side with covering it up thus gaining senate control. Thus basically any agenda that Boehner wants would get done as well pretty much.

It would be a huge nightmare of democrats and the liberal socialist agenda. No way they would let it happen. Either they keep it quiet until 2012 and then come up with some fake documents or they make an excuse for Obama to not run again to save face.

Here's the scene . Biden will resign shortly and Hillary will be appointed VP . Just before election time Obama will resign . The progressives want Clinton so they still have control . Since Obama resigned there will be no need to pursue eligibility .

Hawk, that pretty much wraps it up. However, I think Obama will be forced to resign before Biden. Obama is the 800 lb. gorilla in the room. The biggest liability to the Democrats. Hillary will become the Democratic candidate and will choose her own running mate. As for the legislation that Obama signed into law? His SC appointments? Etc. etc? Nobody will go anywhere near that issue. It's radioactive. It would open up a pandoras box that couldn't be closed again and both the Dems and Repubs. know it.

If you look on Sen Pearce's website you can see that this is indeed one of his bills. I swear if Sen Pearce runs I will be there at the polls voting for him.
