Woman Facing Deportation Who Was Given Visa Gets Probation

A woman who had admittedly entered the United States illegally on two occasions was sentenced to two years probation in Federal Court on Monday afternoon. Juana Montano Perez had earlier pled guilty to one count each of Social Security fraud, using a false ID and making a false statement. She was given two years probation on each count, to run concurrently.

The U-visa is so bogus, illegals line up to be abused or discriminated against a little bit because then they can get a green card through this visa!

Federal Judge Sandy Mattice ... who in the hell are these flaky Judges and how in the hell did they get put into these Federal Positions
No Jail Time.. Nothing..... oh wait.... she is an Illegal and only broke NUMEROUS Laws to get where she was and this is Justice... I see.. so American Laws only Apply to Whites, Hispanics and Blacks that are born in this country... Laws may be skewed for Illegal Aliens
Rarely I am Speechless also Judge ... but in this case I want to know why you are not in the Un-Employment line

03-02-2010, 02:37 PM #5In a case involving an employer, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity agency found that Ms. Perez had been discriminated against.
