The vast majority of average Americans are in favor of strong border control. According to local and state law enforcement in border states, the situation is out of control. Illegal immigrants and drug runners continue to cross the U.S./Mexican Border at will.

The U.S. Justice Department is on the wrong side of things in this ongoing fight. Four states, Arizona, Alabama, South Carolina and Utah have been sued by the U.S. Attorney General for passing legislation that seeks to control illegal immigration on a state level.
More recently, Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, AZ has been sued by Justice for alleged racial profiling. Phoenix, Arizona is the epicenter of the current border war, and make no mistake, it is indeed a war that is being fought by local and state law enforcement. There is a known smuggling corridor across the rugged desert between the border and Phoenix. This corridor crosses Pinal County where Sheriff Paul Babeau has been outspokenly complaining for years about being out gunned and out manned by the ruthless Mexican Drug Cartels – sophisticated organized crime organizations that are well established within U.S. territory.



The vast majority of illegal immigrants and drug runners in Arizona are from Mexico or other Latin American countries. When police go after obvious lawbreakers who happen to be Latino, is this really racial profiling or simply good police work? In my view it is the latter.

The Obama Administration is so intent on giving illegals a special protected status, that they are willing to ignore flagrant drug dealing and illegal hiring that is devastating the quality of life in Arizona’s urban Valley of the Sun.

Citizens of Latin American countries are rewarded for breaking the law by entering our country illegally. This gives the invaders a complete lack of respect for our laws, and we are seen as an easy mark. Abuse of social services programs by illegals is well known.

Illegals will work for cash and collect welfare benefits at the same time. Women will actually “borrow” each other’s kids to increase the amount of welfare that they collect.

Though these problems may seem much worse in Arizona and other border states, the out of control invasion of illegals has grown to a nationwide epidemic. It is a myth that illegals only “do the jobs Americans don’t want.” Latin American illegals run their own businesses in construction, making up for low bidding jobs by paying sub-standard wages and brazenly dealing drugs on the side. Do you think this type of underground businessman is paying Federal income and employment taxes?



Apparently the Obama Administration sees the illegal Latinos as a growing voting bloc. The interests and civil rights of average American citizens in the heartland are roundly ignored. To get noticed by the current administration, you need to be part of a special interest group – a labor union, environmental extremist organization… or an illegal worker or drug runner.

Average American citizens are held to a higher standard of law enforcement. If you are caught going over the speed limit, you will face zealous enforcement in most jurisdictions. Drive without insurance or a license, and you will be jailed… unless, in some “Sanctuary Cities,” you are an illegal and claim to be ignorant of our laws. If a state like Arizona says: “No, we’ve had enough, and we’re going to pass laws to stop this nonsense,” then you will be sued by the Federal Government.



The Fast & Furious Scandal is the most heinous example of how far the Obama Administration has gone in twisting law enforcement activities to benefit their special interest group first agenda. In this wicked scheme, the ATF purposely poured gasoline on a fire.

Our own government armed the dangerous Mexican drug cartels with hundreds of semi-automatic weapons. Why? From up here in the mountains of Colorado, it looks as if it was part of a dishonest scheme to promote an Obama Administration anti-gun agenda.

Eric Holder claims that he knew nothing about this nefarious scheme. In my view, he’s either criminally negligent or criminally incompetent. In a 9/28/11 piece in Forbes, Frank Miniter has labeled Fast and Furious Obama’s Watergate. In my opinion it is far worse.

It is eminently necessary to stop the illegal invasion these people are destroying our principles as a nation.

The illegal aliens have enough aiders and abettors, Hopefully now that the justice department under dictator Obama is now helping the illegals. Well, besides our military? What hasn't this administration screwed up? Just saying "their digging more holes than they have illegals to fill."
