Human Remains Found on Falcon Lake Not David Hartley

ZAPATA COUNTY - Bones found in a dried out section of Falcon Lake were not those of David Hartley.
Hartley's widow Tiffany Hartley says clothing on the remains did not match what David was wearing the day he was killed. Mexican authorities also say there were no bullet wounds on the body.
Tiffany Hartley says gunmen shot and killed her husband while they were jetskiing on Falcon Lake in September 2010.
