Herman Cain's Immigration Policy Is Met with Outrage

(COOKEVILLE, Tenn.) – Republican candidate Herman Cain told a campaign audience last weekend what his ideas were in order to secure the U.S. border with Mexico. Cain said that he believed the federal government should erect an electrified, 20-foot border fence in order to stem the flow of illegal immigration. His plans were met with much outrage, especially from one of the top Hispanic lawmakers in Congress.
