[Durbin] The Great Deceiver, by Elvira Arellano [she's turni

This is a translation, but you can get the gist of it. Elvira is turning against Durbin in a big way.

    * * The great deceiver

    * For Elvira Arellano (Español Translation FOLLOWS) *

The Bible teaches that the Devil is a great deceiver, it seems to me
    touched to know.

When I first stood for the "crime" of working in two
work and raise my son in Chicago, my community took to my defense. Very
Suddenly our champion and Congressman Gutierrez also was helping me
defend, and the strong protector of our families introduced a draft
particular bill in Congress about my case. Gutierrez, who had just
to defeat a candidate Senator Richard Durbin was launched in
against, demanded that the powerful senator introduced another bill
similar in the Senate to postpone my deportation for two years.

Senator Durbin is a powerful figure whose power has grown
in recent years. The senator was the politician who originally sponsored
Obama's political career, supporting his nomination to the Senate
falicitando federal and then their progress in the Democratic Party until
nomination as the Democratic candidate for the presidency. As a reward,
Durbin was able to be called the "whip" ("whip") that is responsible for
party discipline, by Democrats in the Senate, which can
considered the third position of importance. If Senator Harry Reid
Nevada loses his re-election in September, is likely to Durbin
become the head of the Democratic caucus.

It introduced the bill "DREAM" ("Dream") in 1990 for the first
time, and Congressman Gutierrez is among the congressmen who
sponsor. This legislation requires that young immigrants who
came to this country with her parents during her childhood, qualify for
    legalization if they enter college.

But Durbin has had another concept in relation to this bill is
say, as an alternative to the legalization of all 12 million
undocumented. Once, I stood with Senator Durbin to say that
we need to legalize all 12 million, and that was wrong
ask that these students give back to their parents, brothers and
sisters and friends. Durbin was furious with me! Who was I, expressing
    disagree with this powerful man?

In the mass media, Durbin looks like a great defender of the people, a
generous person. But his response to what I had said in a
fully respectful, it was withdrawing its support for the bill
would have covered my particular case, which eventually led me
deportation and separation from my son, an American citizen. The
Senator Durbin punished me for daring to express disagreement with, for
dare speak up for all the families who are suffering in
    United States.

Now Senator Durbin is doing more of the same. From its position
powerful in the Senate, has said he can not pass "reform
immigration "this year and we should focus only on the bill
"DREAM." Congressman Gutierrez, who has included a plan much more
generous to the "dreamers" in its draft law to reform
integral in Congress, has said it will not prevent the adoption of
Bill DREAM if their vote in the House
Representatives. But I see something different.

Senator Durbin and Rahm Emmanuel, now head of state House
White under Obama, have been delayed, by the way, any action on a
immigration reform. Rahm Emmanuel was precisely who said that
Democrats should not attack the issue of immigration to the first year
Obama's second term as president. Simply have not wanted
accept the political risk of taking a firm position before
November elections. But the other side of the coin is that need
Latino vote in that election to keep their majority in the House
Representatives, and perhaps also in the Senate. So, after a
postponement after another of immigration reform, and after deportation
half a million people under the management of Obama, Durbin and Emanuel
aim to win the Latino vote approving the DREAM Act, which
benefit limited to a few thousand college students.

What kind of leader Martin Luther King would have been if it had required
college students spend only to sit on the
front of the bus? Of course we must accept whatever gains
We can achieve this year, including the bill "DREAM." But
we let this great deceiver divide our community.
Unfortunately to date seem to be listening to Obama and Durbin
the advice of Emmanuel. I agree with the position
the growing Latino leaders summit, which is requiring that all
Congressmen joined as co sponsors of the bill
introduced by Congressman Gutiérrez, HR 4321, which is supported
groups of Latinos, African Americans, Asian-pacific and progressive
in Congress, and would offer legalization to all our families.
We must demand that President Obama declare a moratorium on
deportations and 287 g program "Safe Communities." If
Congress did not comply, Latinos should not vote for them. Only by
Average unit will gain the respect, and justice.

President Obama has broken their promise to the Latino community, and
our families. Durbin tries to conceal this breach of trust and divide
our community, while still separating our families. It
as the great deceiver mentioned in the Bible. We say like
Jesus Christ, "Go away from me, Satan!"

THIS IS ONE DUMB WOMAN THEY NEED TO LEAVE MLK AND AFRICAN-AMERICANS OUT OF THIS SITUATION. THE ONE BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM AND AFRICAN-AMERICANS IS THAT, THEY ARE NOT LEGAL CITIZENS WHERE AS AFRICAN-AMERICANS ARE AND, FOR THE RECORD THEY ARE THE ONES THAT SEPARATE THEIR FAMILIES BY THE CHOICES THEY MAKE. SO PLEASE STOP BLAMING THE U.S.

If she no longer resides in this country, nor is she allowed back in, then why is she so concerned about this? Has she reentered the country again unlawfully?
