Crime out of control in Dem-run Chicago; Dem guv offers troopers

What’s the matter with Chicago? Looks like they need a Rudy Giuliani. Despite a spate of gun control laws, crime is spiraling out of control. The Democrat Illinois governor is now offering to send state troopers and National Guardsmen. (Hat tip - Tom Elia)

Blago is doing this to embarrass Daley because Daley doesn't want another casino in Chicago and Blago does. I don't think there's hardly anyone here who actually has any concern for the people....it's a con game between the elected officials to have a legacy left in their name.

Blago is the one who encouraged illegals to sign up for the state kids insurance program and gave 50 dollar gas cards to the first 1000 to sign up. All on us taxpayers to fund since the feds won't match it for non-citizens.

Neither of these guys is worth a dime and this fiasco should be the basis for cartoon shows instead of the unfortunate reality of real life here.

Our state is so far in debt and Blago wants to cut all the basic funding for medicare, schools, people with disabilities......but keep the arts going and any other BS program which should be private funding.

Crime is out of control for sure and something needs to be done....just don't take this seriously.....this is a tit for tat political game between the 2 and neither one is really concerned about doing anything about the crime. Daley wants his Olympics and Blago likes to grandstand when he doesn't get his way.
