    the same thing is happening right now in Portland oregon- first they come to our country illegally- then they continue to speak spanish at home- then they send their anchor babies to be educated for free and now american taxpayers are being fined by the same branch of government that completely failed to enforce Federal immigration laws- for failing to provide them with an E_Z high school dimploma!
    this is outrageous

    That is why in every state that has illegal aliens there needs to a state immigration police whose duty includes removal of these parents.

    A lot of the root is that our citizens have been ignored in their exercise of the right to limit immigrants whose tax payments are exceeded by their receipt of public benefits.
