    They should be asking for proof of legal residency. LEGAL residents do have acess to valid driver's licenses. If you cannot produce a valid license from approved states (who do not give licenses to illegal aliens), then you are SOL and need to produce your green card. Don't have either, tough shoot..call ICE!

    Ya can't racially profile a license or a green card, can ya?
