MN: unidentified Latinos sue employer for wages
Gee, could it be that they don't want to reveal their identities because they are illegal aliens? It is not right that these "unidentified plaintiffs" aka as illegal aliens can sue without disclosing their identity. I'm fine with the employer getting sued for back wages, unpaid taxes, but also these guys should reveal their status and then the ER would be liable for IRS violations and immigration violations as well. The illegal alien plaintiffs would also then be subject to immigration scrutiny and hopefully all deported ...they can take their back pay minus taxes with them on the way home.

Knowingly hiring 5 or more illegals that have false ss# is 250,000 fine and 10-15 years in jail. Some goof ball judge will say since 3 of the 4 major canidates for President support comprehensive immigration reform these people may become citizens therefore no deportation for them.Liberal judges uses this tactic to not deport illegals, enforce laws, etc before final defeat of 2nd bill.B
elieve it or not!
