These are the Department of Homeland Security's enforcement and removal operations most wanted. According to the agency, they pose a significant threat to public safety.
The list includes violent offenders, individuals with convictions for crimes against minors, as well as persons linked to crimes involving threats to national security, major drug smuggling/money laundering schemes and human trafficking.
Andres Camacho-Avalos is wanted on suspicion of lewd and lascivious acts on a child under 14 years old. Camacho-Avalos was a laborer and last resided in Oakland, Ca., according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials. He is a Mexican national.
