If he does it could be only to stir up trouble and pretend to be doing something during the election process.
It could be once they are able to sway that their way and get one of the open borders candidates in they will unleash a flood of stories how enforcing the immigration laws are bad for THEIR ecconomy as their new person in office rips apart and open the sovereignty of our country to the socialist and open border freaks that support their mindless policies.
Have you ever talked to the people the Revolutionaries in the government prefer having here to us about the policies that the government now works towards? They seem hand picked.
And I do mean PREFER to US. A wave of Family Planning and Zero Population Growth programs washed across the world effecting the most advanced nations of the world. Since that time waves upon waves of illegal invaders have been allowed into those countries. The replacement PREFERRED residence seem to be just what is needed in these countries to further the goals of their globalist leaning governments.

The Chamber of Commerce analysis, conducted by public policy analyst Richard B. Belzer, predicted that more unauthorized workers would enter the underground economy. He also predicted the rule would increase identity theft as illegal immigrants became more desperate for legitimate Social Security numbers.
So it's no suprise that they now claim we should be hesitant to enforce the law out of fear it may cause the illegals to commit additional crimes to subvert the law.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Bush doesn't intend to do a damn thing to alter his NAU plans. Borders are left wide open so his dream of the NAFTA highway can be built. More illegal alien Mexicans live here than any other time in history, and they still keep coming non-stop.
Bush isn't going to start clamping down on businesses that hire illegal immigrants. THATS A JOKE.RIP Butterbean! We miss you and hope you are well in heaven.-- Your ALIPAC friends
