I doubt it because if he did, there is no way he would make himself appear that dim by making the comparison. Besides being offensive, the "nazi" comparison is highly insensitive to those who suffered under the nazi regime.

In fact, I would seriously bet this loser solis could not find Germany on a map if his beloved amnesty depended on it....
