Frederick County Sheriff Chuck Jenkins expressed disappointment today after a morning meeting with federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.
Jenkins was hoping the officials would tell him they are accepting Frederick County into a program that allows local law enforcement to assist ICE by checking the immigration status of those who have been arrested.
