Brownsville, Texas – U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Brownsville Port of Entry came in contact with a man wanted on outstanding warrants as a suspect in a homicide in Brownsville and for failure to appear in court in a Corpus Christi drug case.

On August 17, 2010 CBP officers working the primary pedestrian lane at the Gateway International Bridge encountered a man identified as Raul Eleno Elizondo, 37, a U.S. citizen and resident of Brownsville, Texas.
