Feds arrest dozens for sham illegal alien marriages

Dozens of people have been arrested in a roundup of sham-wedding planners in Central Florida.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents busted several people for being middle-men between illegal immigrants and legal residents. They're accused of taking thousands of dollars from the aliens in exchange for arranging marriages so the illegals could get green cards and stay in the U.S.

Among those arrested are Ornella Hammerschmidt and Yudith Nuccio (pictured). The federal indictment says they, along with Antonino Nuccio, Jr. filed papers with the state to form the company All Kind Services in Orange County. In 2004, they set up a Guatemalan man with a wife and paid her $2,000. In 2006, the company paid a woman $10,000 to marry a Brazilian national.

The indictment also claims the company coached clients on how to make the marriages appear legitimate, and provided them with false tax documents, leases, and other documents.

    Also arrested:

-Ender Rodriguez, who allegedly operated out of Osceola County and typically received $3,000 for each sham marriage.

-Nicolas and Ninoska Sinfontes, operators of American Solution Services, Inc. in Osceola County. They allegedly arranged to pay an American man $10,000 to marry a Venezuelan woman.

-Dozens of the accused clients and fake spouses.
