Remember the Mexican government tried to stop the state from executing an illegal alien scumbag who brutally raped and killed two teen girls in houston in the early 90s.
Mexico went to the UN and the World Court, Bush sided with Mexico and asked the sentence be overturned and changed to Life without parole and TEXAS said HELL NO.

James, I don't remember that but I will say Bush was on the wrong side of this issue. He was playing politics with Texas law and that's a dog that's just not gonna hunt!!
