A 'must see' video on immigration

By Barry Zell

Tuesday, January 2, 2007

The following link was sent by Joe Turner. This video is a "must see" my any and all who are concerned with the immigration process and debate in the United States. The video show the reasons 80% of Americans are concerned with the immigration issue, but do nothing about it. Why Americans are Anti-Immigration but act in a way that depicts them as being "Pro-Immigration. The following is tagged to the video:

"This is a MUST SEE video for anyone interested in the immigration debate, whether you are a citizen, an illegal alien or a Congressman. This clip from the longer video, Immigration by the Numbers, features Roy Beck demonstrating the catastrophe of the huge numbers of both legal and illegal immigration by Third World people into the modern nations. He uses standard statistics and simple gumballs to show this disaster in the making."

I suggest and highly recommend that you view the video (which is not very long) and then pass it on to all you know and ask them to do the same. If we the people of the United States do not force our public officials to make the extremely necessary changes in immigration policy and start enforcing the immigration laws as they stand on the books today (at least)Š.Well. Watch the video and see/learn for yourself. I did.

To those of you who have websites, might I suggest you make the link available for your visitors. The more Americans aware of this crises, the better the chances of having something done about it now, before it's too late.

Thanks, Extremely concerned.

Note: This presentation was obviously made approximately in 1993. The red projections were based upon the data of that era.

However, this projected data on total population growth was actually very conservative as the total U.S. reached the 300 million mark on 16 October 2006.

Watch the video again, paying close attention to the chart projections of total population and the year of the 300 (million) mark.
