AFTERNOON UPDATE: ICE raid nets four illegal immigrants

The Culpeper Police Department participated in a joint raid with Immigration Customs Enforcement today that resulted in four arrests of illegal immigrants.

Chief Scott Barlow said it has been his department’s policy since he took office to fill out an ICE form for every suspected illegal immigrant arrested.
