The Ingham County Sheriff's Office says a new training program helped one of its officers identify and arrest two illegal immigrants. They credit Deputy Melissa Clewley with the stop on I-96 near Okemos Road. The sheriff's office says both subjects were from Mexico, unemployed and lived in the US illegally for the last six years. The pair are now facing possible deportation. Deputy Clewley was a graduate of the Michigan intelligence operations center fusion program.
