Folks, ALIPAC has been trying so hard for more than a decade to educate you all about what's happening to our country and people because of this massive illegal immigration as well as excess legal immigration. But even we with all of our research, education, news articles, information, facts, figures, and personal experiences are awed by the extent of this takeover of our nation when we see news like this.
You think this can't happen to you? It can happen to every single one of US. And where are the police? Hiding behind their "investigations". Where are the utilities? Hiding behind their privacy policies. Where are the courts? Well, hopefully in this case they will support the citizen and property owner, but at the same time, will the courts restore the damages? The lost belongings, the assets, the cost of being without your own home for months? Probably not. Even if you get your property back, you won't get all you lost back. So is it safe to take a vacation? To go away for an assignment or work? To leave for awhile to take care of family in another location?
No, it isn't. So now you are a prisoner in your own home if you want to keep your home, your personal belongings and other contents of the home, and a roof over your own head.
For those of US who grew up in towns where we didn't even have to lock our doors, this is a transformation of America that is nothing short of a nightmare in a horror story.
Everyone needs to realize something that's very very important. When you leave a country of your own to sneak into another country in violation of their immigration laws, there is something very wrong with you and that's the reason you weren't happy or content in your own country to begin with. In fact, you are probably a criminal fleeing a land of yor own people you've already cheated or harmed in serious ways and are looking for fresh meat and new targets to line your own well-being at their expense.
Take the paperwork, his identification, proof he owns the home to the Utility company. They shut off the Utilities for 30 days and force them out. They do not do it...then sue the Utility company. I have some ideas to get them out if it were my home.
In our town, tenants have to have a signed lease from the property owner of record in order to get their utilities turned on. A verbal cash deal wouldn't work here. The lease has to be in writing.
I think the cops were just pandering. This was breaking and entering, this was trespassing, this was grand larceny, these were very serious crimes that the cops just chose to ignore.
Obviously they forged the lease as they utility companies do not check the documents if the have the recorded owners name on them. How would they know the owners signature. That is a major loophole. I would say the document should have to be notarized.
This happened to my girlfriend last year in Las Vegas.
She went to Italy for 2 month's for a night club DJ gig and her nieghbors had contacted her about a large group of people described as Samolians living in her house. She flew home and discovered many of her belongings damaged or gone and the occupants told her they had a lease.
Police came and were not helpful, basically telling her the same thing as the victim in the video.
She went back to her home fews days later with some very big, scary looking friends of hers to force them out and police were called and came back.
lucky for her, a neighbor who she did not know walked over and told police the man living directly across the street from her was a squatter scout. He had a huge network of individuals that would watch for home owners leaving for business trips or vacations and sell fraudulent leases to people illegally in country from African regions.
The cops, sympathetic to my friend, asked to see lease and ID from the supposedly leasee squatter. Long story short, the man was taken into custody for outstanding warrants and the remaining occupants were given 15 minutes to gather the belongings and vacate property.
There was a very pregnant female among the accupants having difficulty gathering all her belongings in 15 minutes and on her knees, balling her eyes out, begging my friend for more time to remove her things out of home....
My friend got some solace and told the woman you just lost 3 minutes and have 60 seconds to leave.
In the end, the house was so badly damaged and she did not have the money to repair and make home livable and was forced to give up her home to foreclosure.
They didn't have a lease, they told the utility company it was month to month cash lease. A verbal lease. If they forged the document, it would have been an arrestable crime. They didn't even present a lease to the cops, only the utility bill in their names.Quote:

Utility companies used to be very strict with renters requiring a lease and other personal documentation and would verify all. That all changed when the border opened wide by gw, obama to accommodate illegals.
This will be time consuming for the owner but he is the recorded legal owner and a utility company should not be allowed to turn on w/o rental proof - even month to month is a signed document for both parties proof of the transaction. It is fraud to declare month to month when not true and something is fishy with that utility company or worker that put that thru. They are middle easterners so another avenue to pursue how/why are they here - press charges, mark their record, fraud, theft and they could possibly be sent back.
Police don't get involved anymore, another agencies dept. If the squatter has a piece of mail, a key or utility bill the police will break down your door to allow them entrance if you have changed the locks. Have to go to landlord and tenants court, pay the fees, wait 3 mths for your case.
You are so right, lorrie. Who knows how much of this resulted in all the homeless Americans we see every day on the streets of major cities, who line up for food at places who feed the homeless, all the shelters, I've just never in my life seen or heard of anything like what's going on in our country. It's just unbelievable how far we've fallen in 30 years. All I can say is our generation allowed this to happen and it's our job to fix it once and for all. And we can do it, the same raising that made US too busy working to see it as it was happening is the same raising that has prepared US to stop this crap in its tracks, it's the same love of country that caused US to trust our leaders that has prepared US to save our country from the traitors, globalists and idiots destroying it.
We can do this, as it turns out, this is the moment we were all born and raised to rise to and get it done and do so in a way that no one will ever try to sneak into the United States in violation of US immigration law again nor dare to over-stay a visa. In reality, it's not that hard to fix, emotionally, it's difficult because we're all nice people and love everybody. We have to put our personal emotions aside, the same way our troops do, and push forward hard and fast and win enough of these battles to win the war against illegal aliens. This is not a war we can lose. We have to win it and win it big with permanent finality.

You can have utilities turned on/off/transfered as easily as going to the gas station to pump gas on a stolen credit/debit card.
Oh that is awful. Back in the ole days, that would have probably been fine. I never remember any big deal having utilities cut on, I think I did it with a phone call. Today, though, although frustrated sometimes by the red tape involved with a rental property, I fully understand why it's necessary and respect the whole process a lot more than I used to because I understand why it's necessary. A shame, it's now so complicated from a paperwork standpoint, but that's what we've been reduced to in this country, potential criminals in our own country because we couldn't keep the real criminals out from other countries.Quote:

The rules have changed a lot this past decade to accommodate illegals. Mainly, they req'd documentation because of getting STIFFED for bills which can get quite high in the cold winters or high heat summers. Requesting utilities for an apartment complex, they have already done their vetting, they know better than to sign a lease with a deadbeat or if you are a customer in good standing from prior residencies, would be no problem - but unknowns, no documentation or not American paperwork, they didn't just turn you on. Obviously that has changed to allow millions of illegals to rent across America. And that change was made by high ups in collaboration with the gov't.
You're right, artist, and it's a darn shame what we've become and are dealing with as a result. If you want to know the truth, I think all the drunk illegal aliens may have been the reason authorities come down now so hard on drivers who have been drinking. I rarely heard of a DUI that hurt or killed anyone years ago. They may have fallen asleep at the wheel and run off the road but I honestly can't remember or recall very many fatal accidents involving Americans, most of what I hear about are drunk illegal aliens. There's a few, an American hit that school bus in Kentucky I think it was going the wrong way on an exit ramp, remember that one? And there was that kid who killed some teenagers they claimed he crossed over into their lane and he had drank a couple of beers. Well, this is all anecdotal and I don't know the facts, but in any event, that's just how it seems to me, that at least the problem got worse.
An insult to American citizens and shows you just how organized this takeover was from the top down thru our businesses/corporations and their hires, utility companies told to loosen criteria for service connection.
The DUIs - the illegals are jackasses, that is how many, many behave. When it endangers your citizens, it should not be tolerated at all - no license, fake license, things like that were never tolerated before. It is a GD free for all with police, ICE hands off for a decade now.
I don't think they ever learned to drive before they got here. That's why they're such careless, reckless drivers. Where my sister lives it's the Asians who drive crazy, zipping in and out, cutting in front, crossing lanes all the time. It's bizarre, it's so wacko to watch when I visit and sure enough it's always an Asian, I guess that's the way they drive in their country and bring it here. Doesn't work here. Accidents all the time.
When I lived in Okinawa years ago, we had to take Defensive Driving classes. We were taught that Asians had poor peripheral vision. Now that is considered false, because it is racist.Quote:

Ready for this one...... if caught driving without a license you go to jail. Trump needs to deem ALL Driver's Licenses issued to illegal aliens NULL and VOID.
Every one of them pulled over with NO valid license and NO valid documents to be here = immediate trip to Federal Tent City to be processed and deported.
Even if they have a valid license some stupid state gave them, they should still be deported for being in our country in violation of US immigration law. Deportation is dependent solely upon your illegal presence. You don't have to be breaking any other laws to be deported, because you've already broken the one that applies, being in the US without authorization from the federal government. That's it. You do that and the response is simple deportation back to where you came from. Period.
