    Folks, ALIPAC has been trying so hard for more than a decade to educate you all about what's happening to our country and people because of this massive illegal immigration as well as excess legal immigration. But even we with all of our research, education, news articles, information, facts, figures, and personal experiences are awed by the extent of this takeover of our nation when we see news like this.

    You think this can't happen to you? It can happen to every single one of US. And where are the police? Hiding behind their "investigations". Where are the utilities? Hiding behind their privacy policies. Where are the courts? Well, hopefully in this case they will support the citizen and property owner, but at the same time, will the courts restore the damages? The lost belongings, the assets, the cost of being without your own home for months? Probably not. Even if you get your property back, you won't get all you lost back. So is it safe to take a vacation? To go away for an assignment or work? To leave for awhile to take care of family in another location?

    No, it isn't. So now you are a prisoner in your own home if you want to keep your home, your personal belongings and other contents of the home, and a roof over your own head.

    For those of US who grew up in towns where we didn't even have to lock our doors, this is a transformation of America that is nothing short of a nightmare in a horror story.

    Everyone needs to realize something that's very very important. When you leave a country of your own to sneak into another country in violation of their immigration laws, there is something very wrong with you and that's the reason you weren't happy or content in your own country to begin with. In fact, you are probably a criminal fleeing a land of yor own people you've already cheated or harmed in serious ways and are looking for fresh meat and new targets to line your own well-being at their expense.

    Take the paperwork, his identification, proof he owns the home to the Utility company. They shut off the Utilities for 30 days and force them out. They do not do it...then sue the Utility company. I have some ideas to get them out if it were my home.

    In our town, tenants have to have a signed lease from the property owner of record in order to get their utilities turned on. A verbal cash deal wouldn't work here. The lease has to be in writing.

    I think the cops were just pandering. This was breaking and entering, this was trespassing, this was grand larceny, these were very serious crimes that the cops just chose to ignore.

    Obviously they forged the lease as they utility companies do not check the documents if the have the recorded owners name on them. How would they know the owners signature. That is a major loophole. I would say the document should have to be notarized.

    They didn't have a lease, they told the utility company it was month to month cash lease. A verbal lease. If they forged the document, it would have been an arrestable crime. They didn't even present a lease to the cops, only the utility bill in their names.

    Utility companies used to be very strict with renters requiring a lease and other personal documentation and would verify all. That all changed when the border opened wide by gw, obama to accommodate illegals.

    This will be time consuming for the owner but he is the recorded legal owner and a utility company should not be allowed to turn on w/o rental proof - even month to month is a signed document for both parties proof of the transaction. It is fraud to declare month to month when not true and something is fishy with that utility company or worker that put that thru. They are middle easterners so another avenue to pursue how/why are they here - press charges, mark their record, fraud, theft and they could possibly be sent back.

    Police don't get involved anymore, another agencies dept. If the squatter has a piece of mail, a key or utility bill the police will break down your door to allow them entrance if you have changed the locks. Have to go to landlord and tenants court, pay the fees, wait 3 mths for your case.

    You can have utilities turned on/off/transfered as easily as going to the gas station to pump gas on a stolen credit/debit card.

    Oh that is awful. Back in the ole days, that would have probably been fine. I never remember any big deal having utilities cut on, I think I did it with a phone call. Today, though, although frustrated sometimes by the red tape involved with a rental property, I fully understand why it's necessary and respect the whole process a lot more than I used to because I understand why it's necessary. A shame, it's now so complicated from a paperwork standpoint, but that's what we've been reduced to in this country, potential criminals in our own country because we couldn't keep the real criminals out from other countries.

    The rules have changed a lot this past decade to accommodate illegals. Mainly, they req'd documentation because of getting STIFFED for bills which can get quite high in the cold winters or high heat summers. Requesting utilities for an apartment complex, they have already done their vetting, they know better than to sign a lease with a deadbeat or if you are a customer in good standing from prior residencies, would be no problem - but unknowns, no documentation or not American paperwork, they didn't just turn you on. Obviously that has changed to allow millions of illegals to rent across America. And that change was made by high ups in collaboration with the gov't.
