YOUR Home Can Be Stolen THIS EASILY

Folks, ALIPAC has been trying so hard for more than a decade to educate you all about what's happening to our country and people because of this massive illegal immigration as well as excess legal immigration. But even we with all of our research, education, news articles, information, facts, figures, and personal experiences are awed by the extent of this takeover of our nation when we see news like this.

You think this can't happen to you? It can happen to every single one of US. And where are the police? Hiding behind their "investigations". Where are the utilities? Hiding behind their privacy policies. Where are the courts? Well, hopefully in this case they will support the citizen and property owner, but at the same time, will the courts restore the damages? The lost belongings, the assets, the cost of being without your own home for months? Probably not. Even if you get your property back, you won't get all you lost back. So is it safe to take a vacation? To go away for an assignment or work? To leave for awhile to take care of family in another location?

No, it isn't. So now you are a prisoner in your own home if you want to keep your home, your personal belongings and other contents of the home, and a roof over your own head.

For those of US who grew up in towns where we didn't even have to lock our doors, this is a transformation of America that is nothing short of a nightmare in a horror story.

Everyone needs to realize something that's very very important. When you leave a country of your own to sneak into another country in violation of their immigration laws, there is something very wrong with you and that's the reason you weren't happy or content in your own country to begin with. In fact, you are probably a criminal fleeing a land of yor own people you've already cheated or harmed in serious ways and are looking for fresh meat and new targets to line your own well-being at their expense.

Take the paperwork, his identification, proof he owns the home to the Utility company. They shut off the Utilities for 30 days and force them out. They do not do it...then sue the Utility company. I have some ideas to get them out if it were my home.

In our town, tenants have to have a signed lease from the property owner of record in order to get their utilities turned on. A verbal cash deal wouldn't work here. The lease has to be in writing.

I think the cops were just pandering. This was breaking and entering, this was trespassing, this was grand larceny, these were very serious crimes that the cops just chose to ignore.

Obviously they forged the lease as they utility companies do not check the documents if the have the recorded owners name on them. How would they know the owners signature. That is a major loophole. I would say the document should have to be notarized.

This happened to my girlfriend last year in Las Vegas.

She went to Italy for 2 month's for a night club DJ gig and her nieghbors had contacted her about a large group of people described as Samolians living in her house. She flew home and discovered many of her belongings damaged or gone and the occupants told her they had a lease.

Police came and were not helpful, basically telling her the same thing as the victim in the video.

She went back to her home fews days later with some very big, scary looking friends of hers to force them out and police were called and came back.

lucky for her, a neighbor who she did not know walked over and told police the man living directly across the street from her was a squatter scout. He had a huge network of individuals that would watch for home owners leaving for business trips or vacations and sell fraudulent leases to people illegally in country from African regions.

The cops, sympathetic to my friend, asked to see lease and ID from the supposedly leasee squatter. Long story short, the man was taken into custody for outstanding warrants and the remaining occupants were given 15 minutes to gather the belongings and vacate property.

There was a very pregnant female among the accupants having difficulty gathering all her belongings in 15 minutes and on her knees, balling her eyes out, begging my friend for more time to remove her things out of home....

My friend got some solace and told the woman you just lost 3 minutes and have 60 seconds to leave.

In the end, the house was so badly damaged and she did not have the money to repair and make home livable and was forced to give up her home to foreclosure.

They didn't have a lease, they told the utility company it was month to month cash lease. A verbal lease. If they forged the document, it would have been an arrestable crime. They didn't even present a lease to the cops, only the utility bill in their names.

Good for your friend, lorrie. Yes, you need friends, support, neighbors, and so forth to help you. Safety in numbers. I don't believe from the sound of it, these people in the above article were misled or they would have reported on who they met with who told them they could rent the house and to whom they hand the cash to each month, where they went or who picked it up, etc., etc. There would have been a telephone number at least that they called or called them or emails or something. There was nothing like that in the thread article. So I think they were the criminals themselves. Have to be so very careful these days.

The scout leader that lived a crossed the street was also arrested and his network operation was taken down.

This was only 1 successful dismantling of a criminal alien syndicate which doesn't even put a dent into the massive underground network of criminals hurting our citizens every day.

Utility companies used to be very strict with renters requiring a lease and other personal documentation and would verify all. That all changed when the border opened wide by gw, obama to accommodate illegals.

This will be time consuming for the owner but he is the recorded legal owner and a utility company should not be allowed to turn on w/o rental proof - even month to month is a signed document for both parties proof of the transaction. It is fraud to declare month to month when not true and something is fishy with that utility company or worker that put that thru. They are middle easterners so another avenue to pursue how/why are they here - press charges, mark their record, fraud, theft and they could possibly be sent back.

Police don't get involved anymore, another agencies dept. If the squatter has a piece of mail, a key or utility bill the police will break down your door to allow them entrance if you have changed the locks. Have to go to landlord and tenants court, pay the fees, wait 3 mths for your case.
