Raleigh, NC — When Jose Luis Segura-Rios reported he was the victim of a home invasion, deputies asked him for identification.

When they discovered his Mexican ID to be fake, they locked him up.

WE don't like it when people break into our home either, the USA!!! That's what illegals do!!! You shouldn't be here if you are illegal so don't cry when the law is enforced!

Home invasion, coming into this country ILLEGALLY are both crimes. Therefore you don't have to prefer one over the other, they are both wrong!!! Deal with both criminals!

What do you bet that these police will face some sort of hassle from the LaRaza-like-minded.

So if you are discovered to be a murderer when you report a burglary, you should not be charged with murder.

Fake identity, illegal alien, and who knows what else, but overlook that during the report of another crime. This is how we can discover illegal aliens, through the regular duties of law enforcement.

I don't see laraza getting into this, it'll call too much attention to the job the mexican consulates are doing in the US.

He called in an alleged home invasion, cops show up and need to make sure he is the occupant (and not the invader ). They ask for ID (NOT immigration status) and the guy shows them a fake MEXICAN ID?? That's beyond hilarious!

There was no profiling, no immigration check. He gets caught showing FAKE ID!!! WHY would he DO that?!?!?! Talk about dumb.
