US WARNS AMERICANS NOT TO TRAVEL TO ACAPULCO
US WARNS AMERICANS NOT TO TRAVEL TO ACAPULCO
by ILDEFONSO ORTIZ 22 Nov 2014, 3:59 PM PDT
As Mexico continues to be the center of daily protests across the nation, the U.S. Embassy issued a travel advisory on Friday evening warning tourists to avoid non-essential travel to the famous resort town of Acapulco.
The famous beach destination is in the state of Guerrero which is the same state where 43 education students from the impoverished town of Ayotzinapan were kidnapped under the orders of the mayor of the town of Iguala and allegedly executed and their bodies incinerated by a drug cartel.
The outrage over the announcement of the murders and the overall insecurity in Mexico led to thousands of protesters to take to the streets daily demanding answers and the resignation of Mexico’s President Enrique Pena Nieto.
Over the span of a few weeks the protests have only increased in intensity and size, leading to the torching of state government buildings and even a historic door to Mexico’s presidential office.
Due to the ongoing situation the U.S. Embassy ordered its employees to avoid travelling in the state of Guerrero and issued an alert warning U.S. Citizens to not take part in the protests since the Mexican constitution forbids foreigners from taking part in political events.
Embassy personnel also advice citizens to not only avoid the areas where the protests are taking place but to also remain vigilant.

Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.

One large problem loaming in the distance is if Mexico completely breaks down the border will be flooded as of now I see no desire to control that from our government.
I'm old with many opinions few solutions.
