WASHINGTON | Seven weeks after the collapse of legislation in Congress, the outcry against illegal immigration is louder than ever.

It is manifested by proposed clampdowns at the state and local level and an uproar over the arrest of an undocumented immigrant in the execution-style slayings of three New Jersey college students.

Scores of organizations, ranging from mainstream to fringe groups, are marshalling forces in what former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, a Georgia Republican, calls “a war here at homeâ€

Deb- I hope we get so inflamed that McCain and his ilk have to leave the country and find a new home.

Why wouldn't we be enraged.

Personally I feel abandoned by our government who cannot seem to grasp why we should mind if our neighborhoods are trashed,our taxes are used to pay welfare so businesses can have slave labor,our language is being replaced,our towns are being turned into little Mexicos not to mention all the crime,drunk drivers and total disregard and disrespect for our laws....and ANCHOR BABIES !

I am stunned by the way we are being
treated........and they have not seen anything yet if they do not start remembering who pays the bills including their salaries!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
