    Warner voted "no": It was over

    When I was startled by Sen. Warner voting "no", I started thinking
    seriously that CLOTURE might fail afterall.

    So, I congraulate Sen. Warner and other Senators for doing what I think was the right thing to do: Kill this terrible Kennedy immigration bill. mirse

    Warner was listening. I have not agreed with Warner but there was nothing before that had overridden all the good that he had done.

    How about Webb?
