Personally, I'm not sure about Kenyans, and Somali's. My ID was stolen by a Mexican, as I'm sure the majority of fraud is by illegals of latin origin. This does not mean that I don't think that there is fraud going on by other nations. IF I were going to buy the whole "sanctuary" argument, it would be from people of African origin. Look at Darfur. I would be more willing to grant asylum from people there, just because they have a legitimate argument. However, this is not an excuse to forgive school districts from falsifying documents. There is a HUGE distinction between someone that is really trying to escape genocide, than someone that just wants to come here to take advantage of the system.

The government admits that a good percentage of the H1b and H2b visas are fraudulent.Yet they continually want to increase these programs. these people cheat the systems then some go back to their home country and use the training they got here to undercut american buissiness.Our government considers this good for global economy I say its time to do whats good for america and have a 5 year moratorium on all immigration untill the problems can be fixed.

Its all remarkably crazy and absurd. There needs to be a complete moritorium on immigration for at least 10-20 years. Our country is way out of control and our useless lawmakers keep granting more visas. There isnt one Government agency from Homeland Security to ICE to SSA that can give straight honest answers on who is legal or illegal. NO ONE KNOWS! What a perfect breeding ground for crime and terrorism.

Exactly. Ignoring it won't make it go away....saying it's too big to deal with isn't going to stop it, granting amnesty isn't going to stop it......it has to stop or this ship is sunk.
