This message is for all the people in the South Florida area to be aware about this woman named Natalia Nicolini or Raul Nicolini, they are not certified immigration attorneys, but they work in immigration cases under the firm IMG Consulting Group. The fact is that they are offering the program Labor Certification or "Certificacion Laboral" in Spanish, they say that with that program any person with any profession can become a US Resident, and that is not true. They would ask you for thousands of dollars to get the Labor Certification.... it will take 3 or 4 months. Once you get that, it will not help you for anything because de Department of State has changed their availability of Visas, so you cannot apply for a greencard until 2014 at least. This information can be verified here at

http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulle ... _3009.html

Any person can get the "Labor Certification" approved by the Department of Labor, but ONLY the people who are in these categories will be the ones who can apply later for a greencard:

First: Priority Workers: 28.6% of the worldwide employment-based preference level, plus any numbers not required for fourth and fifth preferences.

Second: Members of the Professions Holding Advanced Degrees or Persons of Exceptional Ability: 28.6% of the worldwide employment-based preference level, plus any numbers not required by first preference.

Before signig a contract with an attorney or paralegal, investigate on the internet, try to find information from reliable sources such as the Department of Labor, or Department of State

Good luck
