Bushite Coup Conspiracy, a family business fueled by illegal drugs and human trafficking profits.

The Bushite Coup drives another stake in American Law Enforcement’s Heart. The Texas 5 seem to be sacrificial lambs for profitable illegal drug and human trafficking trades. The White House 6 has assured their prosecution and convictions.

Bushite Coup conspirators are working in conjunction with the Mexican Consulate office to assure no enforcement of illegal immigration laws along American borders with Mexico. This pattern has transcended office holders and goes back to at least the Clinton Administration who was one of the first to employ Department of Justice as a tool to stop enforcement of American Immigration law and illegal drug interdiction programs.

The Bushite Coup far ruined lives of five border patrol officers David Sipe, Gary Brugman, Ignacio Ramos, Jose Compean and Gilmer Hernandez. Bushite Coup is spending millions to railroad these officers to set an example. Compliance with their constitutional duty to uphold the laws of the land and the constitution of the United States will not be tolerated when it comes to profitable illegal drug and human trafficking business.

Clinton pursued prosecution of Border Patrol Officer Agent David Sipe who was convicted with similar obstruction of justice tactics used now back in 2001. Sipe’s conviction was overturned with an acquittal in January of 2007 after they put him through six years of hell.

There appears to be a long term effort of obstruction of justice, falsification of documents, government payoffs to felon Mexican drug cartel members and human traffickers to assure prosecution and conviction of border patrol agents who use constitutional police powers to protect this nation and themselves and release of drug cartel members.

These prosecutions reduce law enforcement effectiveness that would deter the Bushite Coup from taking over America by population politics, human trafficking and illegal drug trade. Bushites developed fear in border officers so they can not effectively enforce the law. The real story is not that these men have had their lives ruined.

The real story is about corruption and cover-up that must lead to the White House. We know Bushite Coup conspirators don’t give a damn for anything but money and power and they sure are not being compassionate to criminal drug dealers when they prosecute police officers. There has to be other motivation that includes money and power.

There are long standing personal ties between the White House 6: Bush, Cheney, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, Prosecutor Johnny Sutton, head of Homeland Security, Chertoff and Philip J. Perry, Cheney’s son in law. This small close knit family group has worked in conjunction with administrative leaders for years in one capacity or another. But they appear most closely aligned with the president.

Corruption which includes lying to Congress seems to still flow from the White House to the Mexican consular offices via Texas western district prosecutors’ office now under control of United States Attorney Johnny Sutton, long time personal friend and Bush supporter.

Justice Department Website link for the U.S. Attorney’s office Western District of Texas at http://www.usdoj.gov/usao/txw/us_attorney/index.html provides following details about his history of employment with G.W. Bush.

“Johnny Sutton, United States Attorney…On October 25, 2001, was nominated by President George W. Bush to serve as United States Attorney for the Western District of Texas. On November 30, 2001, the United States Senate confirmed the appointment….

Mr. Sutton chairman of the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee (AGAC) which plays a significant role in determining policies and programs of the Department and in carrying out the national goals set by the President and the Attorney General…

Prior to becoming United States Attorney, he served as a Policy Coordinator for the Bush-Cheney Transition Team assigned to Department of Justice. Mr. Sutton served as Criminal Justice Policy Director for then-Governor George W. Bush from 1995-2000, advising the Governor on all criminal justice issues, and legislative initiatives… fluent in Spanish, having appeared as a television commentator for the Spanish language network Univision during the Selena homicide trial.”

Prosecution of border guards must be national policy or they would not be doing it. Sutton does what he is told or he would be fired. He reports his mission at The Role of the U.S. Attorney website: http://www.usdoj.gov/usao/txw/mission/index.html . “We embrace the goals and priorities of the Attorney General and seek to achieve and effect those goals and objectives.”

Direction of the President of the United States is followed or attorneys are fired like those eight attorneys just fired by Attorney General Gonzales for alleged political reasons.

Phillip J. Perry’s link to the White House is through his marriage to Liz Cheney daughter of Vice President Cheney. He is in the right place at the right time to carry out White House directives.

Wikipedia reports “Perry was a junior partner at Latham & Watkins in Washington D.C. In 1997-98, Perry was Counsel to United States Senate hearings on campaign finance abuses in 1996 Presidential campaigns. In 2000, a policy advisor for Bush-Cheney presidential transition team (same team as Johnny Sutton?) and advisor on the Vice Presidential Debate preparation team.

Perry joined Department of Justice as acting Associate Attorney General (the Department’s third-ranking official), overseeing five DOJ legal units. After the September 11, 2001 attacks, Perry advised the Attorney General on issues relating to government response and War on Terrorism and Victims Compensation Fund. He then moved to the White House to be General Counsel for Office of Management and Budget. Among his tasks was drafting the blueprint for the new Department of Homeland Security.

In 2003 he left the DOJ and returned to Latham & Watkins as a full partner, where he joined their Homeland Security practice group, lobbying the Department of Homeland Security on behalf of Fortune 500 clients. His Latham salary reportedly topped $700,000. In 2005 when he was nominated to his present position as General Counsel for the Department of Homeland Security. DHS Secretary Michael Chertoff is a former colleague at Latham.

In 2003, while at the OMB, Perry helped add language to a Department of Homeland Security authorization bill that granted DHS authority superseding chemical industry regulations passed by the State of New Jersey.[1]”

Michael Chertoff’s history in the Bushite Coup goes back to George H.W. Bush’s Administration. USINFO.STATE.GOVERNMENT provides his background at: http://usinfo.state.gov/special/transit ... rtoff.html and reason he may still be around even with his direct involvement in the Katrina response debacle in New Orleans.

“Secretary of Homeland Security: Michael Chertoff Nominated January 11, 2005; Confirmed February 15, 2005.President George W. Bush on January 11, 2005 nominated Michael Chertoff, of New Jersey, to be Secretary of Homeland Security. Prior to this, he served as a United States Circuit Judge for Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Judge Chertoff previously served as Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division at the Department of Justice. As Assistant Attorney General, he helped trace terrorist attacks to the al-Qaida network after September 11 and increased information sharing within the FBI.

Prior to joining Bush’s Administration, Judge Chertoff was a Partner in law firm of Latham & Watkins. From 1994 to 1996, he served as Special Counsel for the U.S. Senate Whitewater Committee.

In 1990, Judge Chertoff was appointed by President George H. W. Bush to be United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey. He began his career in public service in 1983, in the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York. Judge Chertoff received his bachelor's degree from Harvard University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School. (White House Biography).”

Attorney General Alberto Gonzales’s job history is found at:

”Alberto R. Gonzales was sworn in as the nation's 80th Attorney General on February 3, 2005.

Before his appointment to the Texas Supreme Court in 1999, he served as Texas' 100th Secretary of State from December 2, 1997 to January 10, 1999. Among his many duties as Secretary of State, Gonzales was a senior advisor to then Governor Bush, chief elections officer, and the Governor's lead liaison on Mexico and border issues.

Prior to his appointment as Secretary of State, Gonzales was the General Counsel to Governor Bush for three years. Before joining the Governor's staff, he was a partner with the law firm of Vinson & Elkins L.L.P. in Houston, Texas.

The Bush Bio follows: “http://www.whitehouse.org/administration/georgew.asp “It accurately depicts his rise to political prominence based on Bush family wealth.”

”George W. Bush 43rd President of the United States of America, brings a lifetime's experience of a long line of entitled millionaire politicians. Despite being rejected from the University of Texas Law School, Bush matriculated at the less selective Harvard Business School. Returning to Texas, in 1990, as well compensated director of the Harken Energy Corporation, unloaded nearly $1 million in stock just days before its share price plummeted.

In 1994, Bush was elected Governor of Texas. Four years later, Bush made Texas history as first Governor elected to consecutive four-year terms. He was groomed then for the presidency. Political star-makers told Bush His running mate would be the wizened Nixon Administration veteran Richard B. "Dick" Cheney.”

George W. Bush has not made a secret of his objectives. He has reported the deal he made with Mexico involved opportunity to have American investors access the Mexican oil industry in return for an open borders policy to let illegal alien invasion become a reality. Bush has strong ties with the oil industry as does his father and Vice President Cheney.

Issues raised by Bush opponents involve his history of drug and alcohol abuse during his younger years. He spent time sowing wild oats and making connections in Mexico where drugs and prostitutes were plentiful as they are now.

Mexican drug cartels have made America the biggest world consumer of illegal drugs. We are now consuming over 70% of the world’s illegal drugs while paying only 50 billion to stop the trade. The United Nations Drug Control Program estimated 1997 world illegal drug trade revenues at $500 billion. It provides about 40% of world organized criminal revenue. America bought about $350 billion worth.

Legal pharmaceutical drugs generated only $302 billion world wide in 1998. America bought only $100 billion of legal drugs while buying $350 Billion in illegal drugs.

That very profitable illegal drug market could not exist without full participation and support of those in charge of enforcing border security laws. Forced lax enforcement provides a lot more in profits than $17 billion sent back home by illegal alien invaders in America. Mexican total oil revenues are estimated at only $20 billion and declining as oil fields are producing less.

Strong relationships between all major players involved in prosecution of the Texas 5; eliminates all doubt about direction for the prosecutions coming from highest levels of government.

It appears financial incentive from the Bushite Coup Illegal Alien Invasion arises from both cheap labor for criminal American employers and the very profitable drug traffic that Mexico and the United States both profit from.

The Texas 5 are merely a small part of a much greater plan to destroy American sovereignty. Amount of money involved in the illegal alien invasion is so large it is impossible to stop corruption that has obviously reached e highest levels of government without special independent prosecutors of highest integrity.

Justice demands full investigations to determine involvement of the President and Vice President in direction and control of the Attorney General and attorneys working for him in convictions of the Texas 5. Involved crooks have avoided capture and prosecution for these deeds for too long.

Justice further demands investigations to establish links between administration and congressional corruption that supports criminal amnesty and America’s destruction.

Turn the bastards in to file criminal complaints with all agencies concurrently. To report by phone call 1-866-DHS-2-ICE

Boycott illegal alien invader employers, Boycott Kentucky and Kentucky Horse Industry.
