A Minnesota man charged with identity theft in Siouxland has been sentenced to jail time and deportation.

In September, Sioux County Officials pulled over Elias Esteban-Perez, 18, of Worthington, MN for a routine traffic stop near Boyden, IA.

They say he presented a false I.D., which he was using to work for Premium Iowa Pork in Hospers.

He is a native of Mexico and not legally authorized to be employed in the U.S.

He's been sentenced to serve 70 days in jail followed by deportation.

Not os much, what the government is, as much as it is a matter of what it has become through perversion coercion and moneyed corruption. The latter leads to the other two. But in all reality, our government is the greatest on the face of the earth, when applied within the confines of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.

Anything other than that is what I call an illegal government in need of the boot for the elected officials, and as the Declaration states, to institute new leaders to care for their rights. It's is maddenning that the most impoertant thing in the founding documents, our Rights, are supposed to be the most cherished and protected by government, and yet it is the thing that government mostly tries to trample at every turn, and strip from us. We have through election, lost our guardians to the moneyed power of the nation, who are more important through wealth and influence than the masses of many voices.

These are dark times indeed. Domestically, we are probably the equivalent of 1765 to 1770. Which is not a good outlook for the future. How much could be averted with the application of common sense, and wisdom is astonishing.
