AIDS Spreads Among Migrants

Puebla, Mexico — Cres has spent almost half of his 32 years working in the United States, in the fields of California and Texas and the factories of Chicago and New York. His wife and three children were with him some of the time. But he was alone for long spells, sending money back to build the rural home where he now spends his days, his strength evaporating.

Why should America/Americans take the blame for this?
Whats with this person in the article saying "they're exposed to different sexual practices",they knew what they were doing, they made their own choices, don't even try to blame us for it.

The greatest risk of contracting AIDS that rural Mexican women face is in having sex with their migrant husbands, a new study found, a problem that is compounded by the women's inability to insist that their husbands use condoms.
So is this an example of family values? He doesn't know who gave AIDS to him, but he knows he can give it to his wife, who's not allowed to expect he keep her as safe as possible and use a condom, and give not only her a possible death sentence, but also the kid she is now pregnant with, and he is soooo sick, but he is still more concerned with, ummm, having his wife take care of his wants than (I'm trying to keep this "clean") just satisfying himself all by himself, or at least "suffer" through using a condom, yet we should believe that if the wife had been with him, he wouldn't have cheated on her, but when he's back with her, he chooses to take the chance of giving both her and the unborn baby a deadly, horrible disease, also knowing she will take care of him until he dies and she will be left alone to fend for herself and the kid for years after? This isn't the type of "culture" (machismo) we need here, even temporarily.

THIS GUY DOES NOT KNOW WHERE HE GOT AIDS.
SO HOW DO WE KNOW HE GOT IT IN THE USA? HOW DO WE KNOW HE IS NOT BISEXUAL? HOW DO WE KNOW HE DID NOT HAVE SEX WITH SOMEONE ELSE IN MEXICO? MAYBE HE HAD AIDS ALREADY WHEN HE MARRIED HIS WIFE.
AND WHILE WE ARE AT IT. HOW MANY PEOPLE HAS HE SPREAD AIDS TO IN THE USA? HE WONT EVEN PROTECT HIS OWN WIFE AND CHILD WITH A CONDOM. SO FOR SURE HE WONT PROTECT SOMEONE ELSE.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

How is it that these people can do no wrong? When did they become above reproach? I swear...it's mind-boggling.Calderon was absolutely right when he said...."Where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico".

We should be passing out prophylactics rather than water at the border.
