Against Immigration Watchdog

Jim Gilchrist is being sued for embezzling Minuteman Project funds. His trial date is set for May 27th . He is terrified of facing the financial paper trail in court so he is desperately trying to silence his critics and accusers with frivolous lawsuits.

On April 16th, 2008, Jim Gilchrist filed a defamation lawsuit against Brook Young of Immigration Watchdog, Chelene Nightingale of Save Our State, Barbara Coe of CCIR, Minuteman Project Treasurer Deborah Courtney, and Minuteman Project President Marvin Stewart.

In the past three years I have only asked for money on two occasions. The first was a fund raiser for a trip to Washington, and the second was a few hundred dollars for a new hard drive and some software. I guess what I'm trying to say, is that I don't like asking for money, but now I am asking.
