Thread: ARCTICLE IV, SECTION 4 OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION - DEFEND OUR BORDERS!

Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

I think a really great idea would be for President Trump to create an executive order allowing the governors of any state the ability to request military troops to protect their citizens from the influences of foreign invasions along their borders. Notice that the federal government is not pressuring any state to have active military troops to protect their borders, but rather it is by the request of the governors of those states. After all, this is a GUARANTEE from the U.S. Constitution to the states. The federal government must live up to the GUARANTEES that they make. I believe Texas and Arizona will be the first to sign up.

Of course this will be challenged in the courts, but I think it would be well-worth it.

We need our fighter jets to do some fly bys and scare them off!!!
