Lou Dobbs Tonight
Friday, April 18, 2008

Tonight, we’ll have the latest from the campaign trail, just
days before the crucial Democratic primary in Pennsylvania.
Plus:

* Former Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean
are serving 11- and 12-year prison sentences for shooting an
illegal alien drug smuggler, Osvaldo Aldrete Davila. Davila
yesterday pleaded guilty to felony marijuana smuggling charges
– charges related crimes he brazenly committed after striking
an immunity deal with prosecutors for earlier crimes. How will
this effect Ramos and Compean’s appeal against their unjust
imprisonment? We’ll have the latest details.

* The price of wire clothes hangers is doubling. Why? Because
the industry has been destroyed by the Chinese dumping billions
of hangers, below cost, into the U.S. market. It’s not free or
fair trade; it is cutthroat trade as practiced by the Chinese.
And wire hangers may be only the tip of the iceberg.

* And in our weekly tribute to the men and women who serve our
nation in uniform we’ll have the story of Matt Kutilek. Kutilek
entered the Marines upon his graduation from the Citadel in
2001. He helped capture the Ba'ath Party Headquarters and led
hundreds of combat missions in Iraq, earning the Marine Corps
Medal of Achievement. Now he’s back at the Citadel—this time as
a teacher.
