Included among the 38 states and 1030 jurisdictions that participate in the Secure Communities program is none other than San Francisco.

The person who wrote this article must not know that all 33 New Mexico counties are now enrolled in the I.C.E. Secure Communities Program.

You missed the sarcasm. Read the end, it basically says the liberal democrats have removed all doubt that they are fools. Its clearly an article against illegal aliens and supporting Gov. Martinez.

S.F. is a Secure Community and so is every county in N.M.
