NC Community College Heads Set Immigrant Vote

North Carolina community college leaders have had a month to consider a new policy that would allow illegal immigrants into the two-year colleges, and a decision could come this week.

The state Board of Community Colleges' policy committee on Thursday considers rules that would admit undocumented immigrants if they graduated from a U.S. high school. A vote by the full community colleges board could come Friday.

Immigrant students would have to pay out-of-state rates of about $7,000 a year. Lawful U.S. residents would have priority to crowded classrooms.

The country's third-largest community college system has changed its illegal immigrant admission policy four times since 2000. The latest look comes as laid-off workers fill classrooms.

Wasn't there an article just yesterday that the NC community colleges have run out of room? So what would be the point in allowing illegal aliens to take any spots away from US citizens? Ridiculous!

I am lost. I cannot believe I read articles that flat out state the criminal intent of those to whom we have entrusted the education of our American youth. They discuss what benefits to extend to people who stole into our country. They are here illegally. That anyone would have a conversation that discusses how much or how many we ar giving them instead of how to remove them boggles the mind of older people like me who grew up in the former United States of America republic.

Think about it?? What next --?? Do we sit around at a murder trial and make decisions about what a bad person the murder victim was because he/she abandoned their family or some such activity which may be viewed piously from a remote seat of observation, by people who have no direct relationship to victim or perpetator?? Thus the victims are LESS deserving of equal justice???

Folks, that is our money that these liberal decision makers are dealing out. It is only their self interest that is served by committing the criminal act of (even) discussing how illegal to be. Oust these supposed leaders and oust them now. Rally against them. Stand tall as our neighbors did in Washington on 9/12. Stand up for OUR America. It does not belong to the illegals and no single group of (supposed), Americans have the right to violate the law and give away what belongs to American citizens.
