HR Scam Helped Illegal Aliens Take Jobs from American Workers

Arkansas-based poultry processor George's, Inc. recently broke up a scam within its human resources department at one of its plants in Columbia Furnace, Va. Plant employees were using documents submitted by legal applicants to help illegal aliens get jobs at the plant.

Three employees from within the plant's human resources department copied documents from applicants who were told that there were no jobs at the plant. The employees then sold the documents to illegal workers who were required to forfeit up to $100 per pay period to the human resource employees.

The human resource employees were fired along with the illegal workers, but police were not involved. The break-up was handled by George's, Inc. The scheme likely violated federal labor laws, but without the company's cooperation, federal investigators are at a dead end.

What does cooperation have to do with anything? Why are the feds at a dead end because the company wont cooperate? If the company is keeping information secret, then they are aiding and abbetting a crime.

Local police should be involved since it is identity theft.

Exactly and they should be prosecuted to the max!

You know this company is not cooperating with the fed gov because Obama is out to punish the employers by putting them in prison, while letting the illegal aliens off by giving them policy amnesty. The business owners hired these HR employees who did noting but help their buddies work illegally and extort money from the rest. I don't think I would cooperate under those unfair conditions either. I'd be afraid of doing prison time for some illegal alien enablers who I hired to work for me.

I'm sure this goes on a lot around the US, this is just one case that got put on the internet.

I think it's obstruction of justice to not cooperate with the authorities.

IS THERE ANY HOPE FOR US TODAY? I am beginning to wonder now. Appears everyone is against the American citizen and their rights.

They need to hang these people out to dry for:
aiding and embetting
fraud
falsified documents
hiring of illegal aliens and knowing of it
privacy clauses
obstruction of justice
theft of identities
maybe even embezzlement or bribery (still stealing from the company)
pulling or creating scams for profit
and just because they are schmucks and need to be imprisoned!
