My friend had to go to court in Rockingham county N.C. Before her case was called was an illegal. He had several tickets. District attorney asked if he had a license. No he answered. Asked if he had a I.D. no he answered. Asked if he had a visa No he answered. The district attorney said pay 200.00 fine. He said O.K. That was it. My friend said she couldn't believe they just let this guy go with a 200.00 fine back to the streets and no one still knows who he is. Now my question what would happen to an Americanif they tried thsi?
