PA: Drunk illegals sobered up and sent to ICE!!!!!!!!!

    The Intelligencer

Men detained by immigration after alcohol-related incidents

    By ANNIE TASKER
    Bucks County Courier Times

Two men recently found themselves at the mercy of immigration authorities when alcohol-related incidents brought them to the attention of local police.

Aroldo Lemus, 25, was in a car with a driver who was pulled over and charged with DUI in Upper Moreland early Friday morning, police said. Appearing to be intoxicated too, Lemus was taken to the police station around 2 a.m. and told not to leave until he sobered up.

More than three hours later, the Hatboro man walked out of the police department lobby and started down Park Avenue, where he was caught and brought back. A breath test measured his blood alcohol content at 0.30 percent, well over the legal driving limit of 0.08 percent. Police charged Lemus with public drunkenness, then sent him to prison after discovering immigration authorities wanted him.

A few days later, another arrest for public drunkenness ended in similar fashion. Juan Gonzalez-Perez, 21, was taken into custody Monday afternoon after he and a Doylestown man were spotted staggering down the street near the main gate of the Willow Grove Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Horsham, police said. They were taken back to the station and placed in cells until they were sober. Officers found that Immigration and Naturalization Services had a warrant out for Gonzalez-Perez's deportation.

The suspect, who had no fixed address, was handed over to that agency.

    Yeah, right.

Since the fed's can't seem to get it together ...and local communities feel the fiscal, social costs of illegal immigration ...the STATES need to act to protect the safety, health and welfare of citizens and law-abiding legal residents. LOCAL elected officials need to get behind the PA House BIlls 750 through 754 and pass this legislation to stop the job/public benefits magnet for illegal aliens in PA and to support local law enforcement cooperation with ICE. Call your Local elected officials and demand that they get the "National Security Begins at Home" legislation out of committee (being held up by open-borders, illegal immigration advocate Babette Jones from Philly) and on the floor for a vote. Si Se Puede! Ya es HORA!

Better life = Getting sloppy drunk? Reassuring to know this "better life" in America has afforded them the opportunity to earn plenty of beer money so as to get tanked out of their minds...
