TV Show COPS to Feature CBP This Saturday

(07/26/2010)The long-running, acclaimed TV show COPS will focus on the work of U.S. Customs and Border Protection Saturday night, July 31, at 8 p.m. on the Fox network.

"COPS: Customs and Border Protection Special Edition" marks the first time the work of CBP employees has been featured for an entire episode of the show, which has been on the air for more than 20 years providing viewers an up-close view of the world of law enforcement.

The show, which has featured law enforcement agencies from around the country, is the most-watched program in its Saturday night timeslot. In the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, the show will be seen on Fox 5, WTTG-TV.

I love what the hard working men and women of C.B.P. and the Border Patrol do for us

and I watch America's Most Wanted every week, so this is a win win for me.

It's great to have the show expose some of the crime on the border and in our cities.
