Consul and Mayor of Dallas ready their suitcases to travel to Mexico

Dallas — The consul of Mexico in Dallas, Enrique Hubbard Urrea and the mayor of Dallas Tom Leppert will visit Mexican cities on the 29, 30 and 31 of January in an agenda shared that seeks to guarantee commercial ties and cooperation among Dallas and Mexico.

According to Brenda Reyes, the Mayor's spoke woman, he will seek to invite president Calderon to visit Dallas in April of 2008 as part of a plan with a commercial approach among Dallas and Mexico.

Finally she emphasized that the idea to invite Calderon to Dallas does not only serve the purpose to guarantee a commercial approach between the city and Mexico, but also to favor the dialogue on the improvement of the conditions of the migrant Mexicans in the U.S.

I have had conversations with Consul Hubbard Urrea requesting that he make more announcements encouraging Mexican Americans and legal immigrants to invest in job creation in Mexico.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
