And while things initially went smoothly at emergency shelters, tensions rose after police accused an undocumented Mexican family, evacuated from their home, of looting at Qualcomm Stadium. They were turned over to immigration authorities.
I remember this happening. Illegal aliens LOVE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE of America's generosity during disasterous times. Mexicans who were in our country illegally were taking clothes and food meant for the victims. This seems to be typical behavior of low class 3rd world vermin.

We speak English in this country! I have not seen this as a barrier preventing illegal invaders from finding their way to the local WIC or welfare office to claim benefits on behalf of their anchor babies! It also has not prevented illegal invaders from finding their way to local emergency rooms to receive primary/preventive care, which they seldom pay for.
