    California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (Confused) had the right strategy last week when he came to Washington hat in hand seeking financial aid. The only mistake the governor of the state with the world’s sixth largest economy made was in selecting the capitol of the United States.

    With nearly one out of eight California residents being illegal, just imagine how many "legal" anchor baby citizens have been born in California and are being provided for by the U.S. taxpayer!

    At least one in eight also, plus with all the amnestied illegal aliens about 1/3rd of our population is here because of illegal immigration. Is it any wonder the state is broke and unfunctional?
